Once you've installed FLASH PLAYER, choose which book you'd
like to hear:

(Psst... Hi. Nick here, Morris' brother. I've tried to keep the
site simple up to now, but Morris wanted to include some audio excerpts
from his Audiobooks so we
have to get a bit technical...
I'm supplying the audio files to you as STREAMING FLASH MOVIES.
This means that you don't have to wait for the whole file to download
before you can start listening after a short delay to create
a data buffer, the audio plays as the file is being received by your
browser.
It does mean that you need the FLASH PLAYER PLUGIN for your browser.
But what is a Flash Player, anyway? Do you have it already? Do you have
the right version? Let's find out... )
What is Flash?
Flash lets you experience animation and audio from your Web browser.
To view Flash files, you'll need the Flash Player, which is a
free helper application and browser plugin. (A "plugin" is a small piece
of software which allows your browser to display certain multimedia
file types right in your browser window.) Flash player is supplied
built-in with most web browsers, but if you don't have it, or need to upgrade, it's easy to download
and install.
Do you have Flash?
Look at the rectangle just below. If you see the yellow Play
button, then you have Flash. Hit the Play button; you should hear the
piano intro to Bumface.
(Important Note: The streaming audio files on this site require
Flash Player 4 or later. If you have Flash Player 3 installed, you will
see the Play and Stop buttons, but hear no sound.) If you can't see
it, or if you can see it but not hear it, install
the latest version of Flash Player now. (Another important
note: to hear the audio file, your PC needs to have a sound card
and speakers installed... of course!)
Installing Flash
Click
here, then follow the three simple steps. The Flash Player installer
will quit your browser to install the plugin, so Bookmark this page
so you can come straight back here.
System requirements: All modern web browsers and most PCs (except very old ones) support Flash. Get
complete information about system requirements and the installation procedure. Note: iPads and iPhones don't support Flash in Safari, but there are a number of apps available that let you use Flash on these devices: check on Google.
Troubleshooting Flash
If you're still not seeing the buttons or hearing the audio, here are
a few things you can try:
That's it! If you're ready to listen to a chapter, click
here to return to the previous page, or choose a book
from the links at left. Have fun!
